Captain KAPILDEV BAHL is a “Dufferin” alumnus and a Master Mariner, with 18 years of sailing experience including 5 years in command of ships. Thereafter for 25 years, he has specialized in marine surveys, super specialized in Maritime Emergency Response, and Risk Assessment, and also served as an Expert Adviser to UPSC, Nautical Section, Govt. of India.
